Shaista Sabharwal

Shaista Sabharwal is one of the founding members of the Taplow India office and is currently an Associate Principal- Executive Search where she works in supporting the Managing Partner and other Partners in C-suite roles across sectors. She is also a Global Board Member for The Taplow Group S.A.

Prior to The Taplow Group, Shaista was associated with a New York based global executive search firm; Options Group, where she worked on leadership roles in the Education, Financial Services, & Industrial sectors. She was also a key member working on Business Development activities for the firm and helped bring in esteemed clients for the organization.

Shaista started her career with one of India’s leading Management Consulting firms; KSA Technopak India Pvt. Ltd. which was a subsidiary of Kurt Salmon Associates Inc. She was associated with them for 4 years, where she was aligned to the Retail & Consumer Goods, Education, and Consumer Insights Verticals respectively.

While at Technopak, she worked on various assignments that dealt with India Entry & Market Entry Strategy, Assistance on New Business Diversification, Product Development, etc. for her clients across the Retail & Consumer and Education sectors.

Shaista holds an Honors Degree in Applied Psychology from the Delhi University and indulges in her love for music and dance in her free time.
