Giovanna Brambilla

Giovanna holds a Master Degree in Economics at Bocconi University in Milan.

Her career path started as Marketing Manager in Calzaturificio di Varese (Benetton Group). Then she joined TMC Amrop International, Executive Search firm, and afterwards TMP Worldwide as a Partner in the Milan office.

In 2003 she founded Value Search, a Milan based Executive Search firm joining The Taplow Group in 2005.

Giovanna has worked on numerous international CEO and C-level searches over the last 10 years, as well as on developing the management team of companies acquired by private equity.

She focuses on Luxury Goods, Retail, Consumer and Industrial.

Currently Board Member of The Taplow Group and Lecturer at the Business School of Il Sole24 Ore, she served 4 years as Board Member of Bocconi Alumni Association.

Fluent in Italian, English and French.
