Sarah Raful Whinston

Sarah was recently the first Director of Talent Development at Birthright Israel Foundation where she recruited the very best talent, worked on organizational design and change, and developed institutional culture and professional development curriculum for staff.

Before working at the Foundation, Sarah was the Executive Director and Associate Director at two different sleep-away camps, where staff training, creating a positive work environment, and establishing a focus on education and growth for all campers and staff were her top priorities.

Sarah is based in the Mid-West and enjoys spending time with her 3 kids and husband. Her favorite part of her job is asking candidates questions, getting to know people and learning how their life stories have made them who they are.
