Carmel Napolitano

Carmel Napolitano has over 10 years of experience in executive search. Prior to her work in executive search, Carmel spent over 15 years in higher education fundraising at the University of Pennsylvania and Temple University, giving her expertise in all aspects of fundraising and recruiting fundraising leadership. Carmel is the former co-chair and lead instructor for the New York Junior League’s Nonprofit Board Clearinghouse (NPBC) course.

She also serves on two boards: Women in Development New York, and the Angelica Patient Assistance Program. She also recently joined the New York City Chapter of the Association of Fund-Raising Professionals as a board member. She is native of the Philadelphia area and currently resides on the Upper East Side.

Carmel spends her time seeking out new challenges and adventures including travel, baking, and Zumba.
