Mary Wheeler

Mary has an exemplary career spanning more than three decades and hundreds of high-level executive searches. She previously worked as a development professional with both Planned Parenthood Federation of America and Phoenix House.

Her 30-plus years of experience in executive search, which include her role as a partner and nonprofit specialist at two major generalist executive search firms, Lamalie Amrop International and Boyden International, have yielded a wealth of wisdom and unparalleled skill facilitating search committees.

During her time with DRG, she has successfully conducted senior level searches for organizations including Institute for Community Living, Little Flower Children & Family Services, and the Interagency Council of Developmental Disabilities, Inc. Mary is a native New Yorker and hails from the Upper East Side.

When she is not at work or volunteering, she most loves spending time with her eight grandchildren, and the rest of her family.
