Roslyn Hill

Roslyn Hill serves as Director of resourceful™ at Bryant Group, where she leads the firm’s innovative talent solution helping colleges, universities and mission-driven organizations identify, attract and hire exceptional professionals with greater speed, confidence and long-term success. With experience spanning executive search, organizational development, leadership consulting and higher education, Roslyn brings a strategic perspective to helping organizations build high-performing teams.

Known for building strong client relationships, Roslyn looks beyond the immediate vacancy to understand the leadership capabilities an organization will need for its next chapter. Her collaborative approach, operational discipline and commitment to transparent communication make her a valued partner to leaders navigating growth, transition and organizational change.

Prior to joining Bryant Group, Roslyn led executive search engagements for nationally recognized education organizations, foundations and nonprofits, including National Equity Project, Purpose Built Communities, StriveTogether, KIPP Schools and Surge Institute. As an Executive Search Consultant with Edgility Search, she advised K–12 school systems, higher education institutions, foundations and education nonprofits on executive recruitment, organizational design and leadership strategy.

Beyond executive search, Roslyn has advised mission-driven organizations on organizational effectiveness, leadership development, workplace culture, staff development, belonging initiatives and change management. This experience gives her a deep understanding of how leadership, culture and organizational structure work together to strengthen teams and advance an institution’s mission.

Earlier in her career, Roslyn held senior leadership roles at George Washington University, including serving as Director overseeing the university’s Mount Vernon Campus. She led cross-functional teams, directed campus communications and marketing strategy, and coordinated messaging for students, families, government stakeholders and academic partners. Her experience leading within a complex university environment continues to inform her work with clients and her approach to building stronger leadership teams.

Roslyn earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Political Science and her Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Western Carolina University.
