Chris is an experienced business and university leader with 25 years of leading advancement, sales, and consulting teams. His public and private sector background provides a beneficial vantage point for helping Bryant Group clients in their career and professional growth.
Chris started his career as a high school English and Spanish teacher before transitioning to the University of Idaho where he started his advancement career. He credits his early years as a coach and teacher with igniting his passion for education and helping others in their individual and professional development journey. He has served alongside talented leaders and colleagues at the University of Idaho, Washington State University, Gonzaga University, and Ruffalo Noel Levitz. Whether launching a campaign, releasing a new product, or sharing a new vision for growth he brings an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to all opportunities.
Active in his community Chris has been engaged in youth sports, the BIte2Go feeding program, The Jonah Project (for survivors of human trafficking and at-risk women/children), and with the Rockwood Retirement Community.
He is a trusted mentor and leader for several local groups and serves on the Life Center Church Council Board. Chris and his wife Tonya support a number of local nonprofit programs with a special passion for helping at-risk children and mothers. Chris lives in the Pacific Northwest and when not hard at work he’s likely on skis or wheels in the mountains of Washington and Idaho.
