Renu Vijh

Renu joined Norman Broadbent in 2013 and leads the Life Sciences practice. She specialises in Board and Senior Executive appointments, locally and internationally, for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics and CRO/CDMO sectors. Most recently, she was a Principal Consultant within a Global Life Sciences Executive Search firm.

Prior to this she was a member of the Life Sciences and Healthcare practice at a large global search firm. Before that, she built and led a Life Sciences team with an international AiM-listed organisation. Renu has worked for several of the world’s largest global executive search firms, helping both emerging and established organisations to fill critical roles.

Before her career in search, Renu completed her BSc (Honours) in Biochemistry at Dundee University, followed by a PhD in Biochemistry at the University of Hull. To complete her academic experience, she undertook an industry funded Post-Doctoral project for Marlow Foods.
