Dominique entered the recruitment and executive search industry working first within the senior Finance discipline and later the Human Resources field. This combination has resulted a broad understanding of commerce and how business decisions directly affect the Human Resources agenda.

With over 20 years of expertise in the UK and International markets she is best placed to advise clients on the challenges and realities of sourcing the best possible talent, offering creative and innovative approaches and solutions.

After performing a number of large multi-site operational roles and CIPD training, Dominique now specialises primarily in the identification and appointment of Senior HR leaders across the globe.
