Paul leads our Financial Services Practice and has over 20 years executive search experience working for boutiques and large global firms covering banking, asset and wealth management and insurance across EMEA, APAC and the US. Paul started his career in the financial services audit practice at Price Waterhouse and then the Chase Manhattan Bank in London and Hong Kong.
He has led searches for executives to run significant business divisions as well as executive management in risk, compliance, audit, finance, human resource management and technology, where he has examined the talent impact of emergent technology and the future of work. In addition to executing executive search mandates, Paul undertakes consulting work around various aspects of talent management including People Analytics.
He is a Chartered Member of the CIPD, a member of the Guild of HR Professionals and qualified in occupational psychometric testing thorough the British Psychological Society. Paul was awarded a doctorate in business from Durham University which focused on Talent Portfolio Management/People Risk.
He has an MBA from Durham University where he is a Visiting Fellow at the Business School and is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at the University of Roehampton’s Business School.
