Phil Channon

Phil is a Delivery Consultant working cross sector, from Technology, Industrial, Automotive and Life Sciences. Phil has been with Miramar Global since 2015 assisting clients place senior leadership globally. Successes in China, Indonesia, the US, across Europe and closer to home has allowed Phil to develop a wide international experience in a number of verticals. Prior to Miramar, Phil completed a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with honours before becoming a fully qualified Alpine Ski Instructor. In this time he lived and worked internationally, notably California, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Phil’s client focused approach has not changed and joining Miramar allowed this mind set to be applied to excelling in executive search. As Delivery Consultant, Phil is part of the London In-House Delivery team, where he sources talent and maintains candidate relations, as well as supporting business development and market mapping. His biggest achievement to date was during a search in China. Through the quality of the candidates that were presented, what started as a single hire develop into a team build. This was due to presenting a deep and thorough understanding of the competitive landscape and the value for our clients to hire the additional candidates was clear. Ultimately in six months four leading executives from key competitors had been placed at our client. This team is still highly successful and the region is undergoing continued growth.
