Julian Horne is a Principal at Miramar Global Executive Search and is responsible for leading the Automotive Practice across North America, EMEA and Asia Pac, working with a blend of companies embracing disruptive technologies spearheading the advancement of the mobility sector. He has been with Miramar since 2015 and has eight years executive leadership advisory experience, having run the EMEA Automotive Practice for five years at an established international firm before joining. He has a strong track record of results with well-known blue chip, privately owned and PE backed tier suppliers and vehicle manufacturers across commercial vehicle, passenger car, aftermarket and motorcycle industries. Julian is responsible for executive search and assessment across multiple disciplines within commercial, operational, engineering and senior management.

He has a trend for working with companies investing in innovative technology spanning electrification, active safety and digital transformation as well as broad experience in conventional product lines. Julian joined the business to play a key part in the growth of the wider capabilities in the industrial sector for Miramar.
