John is the Managing Partner, North America for Miramar Global. John has over 25 years of experience in management consulting, business development and executive search for a broad range of clients within the technology, industrial / science and financial service markets. John’s expertise in performing executive level search, managing relationships and new business development continues to strengthen Miramar’s depth in supporting its clients throughout the Americas, EMEA and APAC. As the founder of DES Recruitment, John provided the guidance and inspiration behind its growth. DES built its reputation on delivering results, boundless energy and providing both the client and candidate excellence with every interaction. The merger between Miramar and DES provides our clients with a global footprint and an enhanced portfolio of services. John’s focus continues to revolve around working with clients across industries to provide them with support and guidance on the strategy and execution of acquiring talent. Prior to starting DES, John worked with a number of the most prestigious executive search firms in the US as Principal/Managing Director supporting high growth, emerging markets and Global 2000 customers. Earlier in his career, John was a Principal Consultant with a leading management consulting firm in their healthcare practice where his efforts concentrated on merger & acquisition, joint venture and strategic alliance strategies across the continuum of care. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ursinus College and an MBA from Villanova University.
