Peter was Founder and Managing Director of Tanner Menzies in 1988, which went on to become one of Australia’s leading Executive Recruitment firms.
Peter and his then partners sold to Randstad in 2001. He stayed with the company until establishing Taplow Australia in 2012.
Prior to establishing Tanner Menzies Peter worked for an Australian Biotech company as General Manager.
Peter’s experience encompasses executive search and selection, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong. He has recruited across all levels of management to CEO/Board level.
