Patricia Bradley

Patricia Bradley joined Strawn Arnold & Associates in early 2019 after a successful 25+ year career in the BioPharma industry. Prior to Strawn Arnold, Patricia held senior leadership positions as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Novo Nordisk.

She is known for building a successful clinical education business unit from the ground up with over 300+ employees that was named best-in-class by Health Industries Research Companies (HIRC) and remains the only pharma company to receive a NCQA certification twice. Her previous background includes roles at UPS, Syntex Laboratories, and Neuromedical Systems.

Over the course of her career, she has solidified her impact as an adaptive commercial executive for organizations ranging from industrial engineering to start-ups. Her contributions include recruiting top talent and delivering strategic and operational execution across project teams, sales, marketing, and market access. The focus of Patricia’s search work is on senior leadership placements at the Board, C-Suite, VP, and Director levels.

Patricia has a personal passion for helping companies with diversity initiatives and currently sits on the board for The Mentoring Place, a nonprofit organization focused on assisting women in accelerating their careers. She was recognized amongst her peers as a Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) Rising Star and HBA Luminary, and previously, she sat on the board of HBA’s Metro Chapter. Patricia received her BS with a dual major in Business Economics and Political Science from The State University of New York at Oneonta and completed her MBA at Wagner College in New York.
