Mark Durham

Mark Durham joins Strawn Arnold after a 30 year career in the Life Sciences industry, primarily within the pharmaceuticals sector. During his time in industry, Mark held positions in sales and marketing, supply chain and manufacturing, and human resources. For the last 20 years, Mark worked as a senior human resource executive in the United States, Asia and Canada. Most recently Mark served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Information Technology for Valeant Pharmaceuticals International. Before joining Valeant, Mark was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Shared Services and Board Secretariat for Biovail Corporation. Prior to joining Biovail, Mark was the Vice President Human Resources for Global Business Management and North American country operations at Pharmacia Corporation.Mark offers clients a broad industry perspective as well as a proven track record of recruiting top talent at all of his predecessor companies. Mark has an extensive network in the Pharmaceutical industry and is comfortable working on assignments covering a wide spectrum of functional expertise. Mark’s operational management experience, coupled with his human resource background and board experience, make him an excellent addition to our team.
