Prior to founding hrQ, Molly had a rewarding career in HR working in leadership roles for several high-growth global companies. While holding the position of HR Director for a Fortune 250 company, she realized she had a strong desire to “own the P&L” versus supporting others’ P&L’s. She started a business plan and the rest is history. Molly has since lead hrQ’s expansion strategy, receiving recognition by Inc. Magazine for seven of the past eight years as one of “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies”.
