Courtney brings over 20 years of experience in HR, business strategy, organizational development, leadership training, talent management, transformational change, innovation and culture development. Her work was recently profiled in Harvard Business Review in an article entitled Bright Shiny Objects and the Future of HR which focused on the work she and two of her colleagues conducted over the last five years at Juniper Networks to help re-imagine the role that HR can and should play in business strategy.

Her work was also profiled in Talent Management Magazine in Sept 2014 in the article Deploying Network Talent to Drive Innovation which focused on her passion for helping shift companies from using traditional organizational charts as a means of driving business to utilizing an organizational structure that is more agile, collaborative, peer-based and built upon network theory. Courtney sits on the Board of Vectra Bank.
