Marie Högstedt

Marie Hogstedt is Managing Partner of Amrop Malmö since 2003, and a Member of Amrop’s Global Board. She appreciates the importance of long-term relationships with clients in order to provide truly context driven executive search. She often serves her clients internationally, mainly in the Industrial or FMCG sectors. With her long HR and management development background, she is also active in the Leadership Services practice.

Marie has been a Partner with Amrop since 2003. She has substantial industrial, retail and FMCG experience as an employee and as a Consultants. Her previous career spans industries such as PLM (Rexam), Tetra Pak and Alfa Laval; Retail with IKEA; and FMCG with Mars, where she held HR positions with international responsibilities.For four years Marie worked very successfully as a Consultant within international management development for several listed companies, through which she also has gained strong experience from Asia and Russia.

Both with Amrop and before, Marie has conducted management audits internationally and she is part of Amrop’s core group for Leadership Assessment.Marie Hogstedt uses a global working platform and she also manages several clients and key accounts globally.She holds a BA in Psychology, Economics and Law from Lund University, Sweden. She has completed a leadership development program at IMD, where she also has had the responsibility of co-developing a program for Amrop University.
