Adam Saunders

Adam is a founding Partner of Amrop UK, a Member of Amrop’s Global Board and Leader of Amrop’s Financial Services Practice.

Adam has been specialised in financial services executive search for the past 20 years. Serving clients in both sell- and buy-side, he specialises in strategic hires for clients at C-Suite and board level.

Adam is a Global Board member of Amrop where he is responsible for coordinating the group’s business development strategies. In addition he is global head of the Financial Services Practice and a core member of the Board Services group.

Prior to establishing Amrop’s UK office in 2015 he set up and ran a market leading boutique FS search firm where he was responsible for the FICC division globally.

Adam holds a BA Hons degree from Falmouth College of Arts.

Adam is married with 3 children.

He is a keen CrossFit addict and is passionate about shark diving and shark conservation.
