Malcolm Duncan

NGO and Not For Profit Practice Lead, Asia Pacific Leader at IRC Banking & Financial Services Practice Group

Malcolm co-founded IRC Australia (The Insight Group), in 1994 and continues to provide executive search and consulting services in the above areas with Top 100 Australian companies and Fortune 500 organizations.

More recently he has worked successfully with both local and global venture capital groups. This has involved identifying senior executives to run start-up businesses and to provide assessment of teams and organisational reviews in relation to Merger and Acquisition activities. Malcolm also undertakes independent management assessment of Board members and senior executive teams and coaching of senior executives.

Malcolm is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD). He is also currently a Board Member with BCA National Training and a Chair of the University of NSW Arts and Social Sciences Advisory Council. Malcolm has previously held Board positions with Currency House and KU Children’s Services.

Malcolm Duncan holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology), Master of Arts and Diploma of Education from the University of New South Wales. Malcolm has also completed a General Management Program at Stanford University.
