Lois is an Engagement Manager at The Lancer Group. She is responsible for managing and executing senior-level searches for private equity-backed portfolio businesses and corporate clients across a breadth of industries. Prior to The Lancer Group, Lois was a Director at Jameson & Jackson Search Partners for five years, where her focus was on engagements across Sales, Operations, Services and Corporate Development. Previously, she held operations and management positions in the Financial, Healthcare, Human Resources and Consulting industries. Lois earned a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, from Centennial College, Canada, and an honors diploma in Accounting and Finance from the Toronto School of Business.
