Joanna leads executive searches for boards and CEO’s of private and public companies. Her practice spans: board director, CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, CRO and Head of Products. Prior to joining The Lancer Group, Joanna spent over six years with Lancor where she helped scale San Francisco operations. Joanna’s experience, prior to her career in executive search, spanned public and private companies in the software, professional services, hospitality, and gaming industries. She was based in Shanghai and Macau, China, as Head of Marketing and Alliances for MGM Grand Paradise, and served as a business development and marketing executive for global software and services companies, including Vice President of Marketing for Augmentum, and divisional roles at Mercury Interactive, Adobe Systems, and Siebel Systems. Recipient of the Hershhorn Merit Scholarship, Joanna earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New York University. Joanna speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
