Kevin Anderson

Kevin has over 20 years of experience in senior-level executive search with an emphasis in the Software, IT Services and Communications industries with specializations in Cybersecurity and Internet of Things (IoT). Prior to joining The Lancer Group, Kevin co-led the IoT Specialty Practice at Korn Ferry and Heidrick & Struggles, working with clients seeking to capitalize on this emerging market at the convergence of cybersecurity and IoT. He was a founding member of their Austin office where he created a strong technology market presence in the Southwest. Kevin has conducted numerous searches for Boards of Directors, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President Positions. Previously, he was a founding Partner of Anderson Partners, where he provided senior-level executive search and related management consulting services to corporations, both large and small, as well as to private equity, venture capital, and professional services firms. Kevin was also a Partner at Stanton Chase International, an executive search firm, where he was consistently the top performing partner with a primary focus on the technology, industrial, consumer products, and manufacturing industries in the Dallas office. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas Tech University.
