Laurie O’Donnell is the Managing Director and office head of Vancouver. She focuses on Industrial Practice and a trusted advisor on Senior Management, HR, Supply Chain, R&D, Quality and Sales positions in North Americas and China.

Examples of positions filled include Country Manager, Sales Head for a US High Tech company; GM Facility Director for a US Aerospace Organization; GM China for a South African Mining Company; HR Director & HR Manager China for a Canadian Complex Manufacturing company; and HR Director China for a Dutch Discrete Manufacturing Company.

Laurie has 15 years in the Global Recruiting Industry filling positions in all areas of manufacturing with a special emphasis on Aerospace & Defense and Heavy Industrial. Before relocating to Vancouver, she was four years at Cornerstone International Group Beijing China and ten years at Cornerstone Montreal in Canada and responsible for Industrial, Energy and Aerospace sectors.

A certified executive coach, Laurie holds also a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from Bishops University in Canada.
