As a former CEO of one of the largest PE-backed staffing and professional services firms in the US, he has decades of experience in human capital.  His track record of leading a portfolio company to successful exit and providing strategic oversight at the board level gives him an insider’s view of the complexities of PE and portfolio company alignment. Throughout his career, Kevin has attracted, hired, and placed C-suite and strategic executives, bolstering an expansive network. As CEO of L.Maxwell, Kevin leads the firm’s expanded service offerings, supporting our clients’ quest for value creation, strategic alignment, and post-placement consulting.

Kevin is a distinguished veteran and commissioned officer of the Army National Guard and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Louisiana.
