With significant experience working across financial services, high-tech, healthcare, and insurance, Courtney has over 20 years of professional recruitment experience. Her clients have included global giants such as AllianceBernstein, American Express, Twitter and Microsoft. Recognized as a Leader in Motion by Randstad, she is respected as a partner who delivers in the most challenging talent markets. She began her executive search career with Lucas Group, where she recruited senior leaders in human resources and launched the firm’s first DE&I practice.

Courtney is a graduate of Clemson University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
