Juan Carlos Gonzalez holds the role of Partner, Leadership Development & Assessment at N2Growth. After spending many years working in the USA and Mexico in diverse cultures and industries for big-four consulting, technology, and startup firms, Juan Carlos understands talent is quintessential for the future of work, regardless of company or industry.

In his role as a Consultant, Juan aids and supports the Leadership team of the company throughout the leadership coaching process from prospecting to delivery of the service in Mexico and LATAM, mainly focused on the technology sector, he has participated in numerous leadership assessments and coaching projects with industry leaders in their respective industries.

Juan Carlos holds a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Endicott College, MA, USA. He has a core certification for the WorkPlace Big Five Profile and also participated in a sales-focused program from Kellogg University. He is looking to apply for his Master’s Degree at Adler University, focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology for the fall of 2023.

His childhood and favorite team is Real Madrid, as they also believe in being resilient through thick and thin and staying positive through the most challenging adversity. Juan resides in Mexico City and enjoys spending his free time playing video games, collecting sneakers, and playing the piano when feeling inspired. He speaks fluent English and Spanish.
