Jennifer Spees is a native of Maine with over 20 years of Human Resources and Talent Management experience. She has held roles of progressive responsibility in both the private and public sectors, small (less than 250 employees) and Fortune 500 organizations, and a variety of industries including building materials, consumer packaged goods, and pulp & paper.
Jennifer brings a strategic mindset focused on delivering results in support of short and long-term organizational goals. Having partnered with all levels of leadership in the identification and selection of talent, she is able to quickly and accurately identify and respond to the specific needs of her clients.
She received a Bachelor of Arts (Industrial Relations) from McGill University, and holds professional certifications and licenses in Human Resources, Talent, Leadership Assessment, and Compensation & Benefits.
