Donna S. Felty is a native of Michigan, and served in the U.S. Army before settling in West Virginia to pursue her education.  She began her career in human resources as a Business Partner with a global corporation in 2002, and since 2012, her strategic human resources focus has been in the Executive Search, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition industries.

Donna is a high energy performer, consistently delivering top talent, with integrity and attention to detail, and possesses a record of securing qualified candidates that deliver immediate value and a positive impact.

She received a Bachelor of Science (Business Management) and a Master of Science (Strategic Leadership) from the University of Charleston, is a Veteran of the U.S. Army, and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
