Jed Degnan

Managing Director

Jed is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Chicago office. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with an extensive, nationwide network of relationships in the areas of Brokerage, Capital Markets, Investment, Development, Asset and Property Management, Logistics and Municipal Leadership.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, Jed was a senior leader at Clear Height Properties specializing in industrial investments throughout the United States. Jed also served as Vice President of Investments – East Coast Region at CenterPoint Properties, where he helped establish the Company’s local office in Saddle Brook, NJ. Prior to participating on the Investments side of the industry, Jed was a Broker for CBRE, Insignia/ESG and Cushman & Wakefield. Throughout his career, Jed has been involved with the leasing, investing and development of over 16M square feet of real estate, with values in excess of $2B.

Jed has been an active member of such Commercial Real Estate organizations such as NAIOP and AIRE. He earned his Bachelor of the Arts Degree from the University of Iowa.
