David is a Managing Director based out of 20/20 Foresight’s Atlanta office. He brings 25 years of experience in the real estate and urban development field and has worked on projects in 30+ U.S. states. His practice focuses on recruiting executives and senior managers for development, investment, brokerage, and other real estate organizations.

Prior to joining 20/20 Foresight, David maintained a national real estate and urban development consulting practice for more than 20 years. In this capacity he provided project management, analytical, and advisory services to developers, investors, government agencies, and institutions throughout the U.S. His prior experience also includes senior executive and leadership roles with multiple commercial real estate development companies, a nonprofit development corporation, a university research center, and a public planning agency. David has written and spoken extensively on real estate and urban development issues around the country, and he is a contributing author to the Urban Land Institute’s Mixed-Use Development Handbook.

David graduated with a Master of City Planning degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a B.A. in Architecture from Washington University in St. Louis. He also holds a real estate license in the State of Georgia.
