Charlie Rigby Smith works with clients to deliver executive search services for Board and senior Finance appointments across an array of sectors including Financial Services, Technology & Telecoms, Consumer and Industrial.

Charlie’s experience to date has focused on Board (both executive and non-executive) and Finance appointments working with listed and PE-backed businesses in the UK and abroad.

She began her career with a focus on Financial Services before moving to Heidrick & Struggles to specialize in senior Finance appointments. Her work has a strong international flavour having executed searches in the US, Continental Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Charlie holds a degree in French & Italian from the University of Bath.
