Deborah leads the real estate practice with fifteen years of search experience and sector expertise.

She has become the trusted partner to a variety of clients in the real estate market across Europe. Deborah brings extensive pan-European track record across equity and debt investment, within private equity, hedge fund and institutional managers as well as services. She advises investment banks across real estate finance, corporate finance and private placement. She brings a wealth of expertise across real estate corporates, particularly private equity backed, and leads searches across acquisitions, asset management, finance, investor relations and legal.

Deborah’s search experience started with Russell Reynolds and then Blackwood where she built the real estate practice.  She started her career as a strategy consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (Oliver Wyman) following Cambridge University having graduated with an MA in Land Economy and Management Studies. Deborah is a member and mentor at the University of Cambridge Land Institute.
