Fiona Motley works on executive and non-executive appointments in the Retail, Consumer and Services sectors. She also specializes in the recruitment of HR directors and experts in Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, Organisational Effectiveness and Talent Management.

Fiona has over 20 years’ experience within executive search and has worked on a broad range of board and other senior level appointments across the commercial and public sectors. She holds a degree in History & Politics from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London.

Fiona was a founder member of the board practice of The Inzito Partnership, a boutique executive search firm. Prior to that she worked at Whitehead Mann and Odgers Berndtsen having spent her early career at Bain and Booz Allen.
