Panorama Leadership Appoints New Leadership

January 19, 2024 – Panorama Leadership, a global network of independent executive search firms, has announced its new leadership team for the upcoming period. Carlos Eduardo Altona, managing partner from EXEC becomes chair with Craig Buffkin of Buffkin / Baker as the new vice chair. Joining them are Roy Herold from MPS Europe as former chair, Ed Bamfylde from Saxton Bamfylde (EMEA), Filippo Rinaldi from Management Search (EMEA), Agam Dang from Executive Access (APAC), Daniel Iriarte from Glue Executive Search (Latin America), Shelina Esmail from PFM Executive Search (North America). Additionally, as Visiting roles, the Board has Blaire Miller taking over DE&I and Marcus Giorgi as Marketing leader.

Mr. Altona is co-founder of EXEC in Brazil and had also been Panorama’s LATAM regional head for six years. An executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience he has held leadership positions at technology companies and at one of the largest global human resources consultancies. Throughout his career, Mr. Altona has led various search and leadership development projects for renowned national and multinational companies.
