Odgers Berndtson Adds Partner in Montreal

October 18, 2013 – Executive search firm Odgers Berndtson has added Nathalie Francisci to its Montreal office as a partner. Ms. Francisci will focus on senior-level assignments in the financial services sector, as well as for crown corporations and large not-for-profit organizations. An expert on governance and diversity issues, Ms. Francisci currently sits on a number of boards, including as co-chair of the board of the ICD. Prior to joining Odgers Berndtson, she built a successful executive search business, which she sold in 2008. Odgers Berndtson provides a wide range of recruitment services for leading organizations in private and public sectors, including board level and executive search, management assessment and international assignments.
