He will specialize in the placement of corporate in-house and external public affairs practitioners. Mr. Webber brings 22 years of experience in the EU/Brussels environment, as senior partner at PA Europe, a Brussels-based public affairs, strategic communication and lobbying firm. He is an expert in international/EU organizations and agencies, national governments and regulatory authorities, in both Europe and the U.S., and in providing direct regulatory and political support to blue-chip companies in a wide variety of sectors.
