O’Neill Consulting Group Adds Managing Director In Washington, D.C.

February 17, 2015 – Search firm O’Neill Consulting Group, Inc. has named Thomas H. Dougherty as managing director in its Washington, D.C. office. Mr. Dougherty will assist in the expansion of the firm's industrial, aerospace, and defense practices. With over 25 years of functional expertise in P&L leadership, strategy, distribution, aftermarket, and business development, he most recently served as vice president, operational strategy for Nortek, Inc. Previously, Mr. Dougherty held senior P&L leadership roles at Raytheon, Lennox, and United Technologies.
