Prior to joining PierceGray, our partners built and matured businesses in high-growth environments.  Our team combines both operations executives and recruiting professionals,  providing the right mix of management experience and search discipline.  Our approach identifies and attracts talented, passive candidates with the right DNA for investor-backed environments.  Our business has been operating since 2006, and we serve clients in nearly every industry sector in North America.
