Tom Lafferty is a Managing Director at PierceGray with over 30 years of professional experience. Prior to PierceGray, Tom worked for 8 years in operations, EHS, and engineering for ExxonMobil. He subsequently spent 16 years in management consulting with Ernst & Young and Deloitte, where he advised clients on operational performance improvement, cost reduction, business strategy, organizational transformation, and post-merger integration. Tom holds a BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
