Julia Dashuta

Mrs. Dashuta is a Managing Director with PierceGray in the Chicago office and specializes in recruiting senior executives into private equity-backed environments. Prior to PierceGray, Mrs. Dashuta spent 11 years with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice, where she led engagements for clients primarily in the healthcare industry with a focus on assessing, designing, and implementing large-scale operational transformations. Julia holds a BS in Management from Boston College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
