Julia Dashuta is a Managing Director with PierceGray in the Chicago office, focusing on recruiting senior executives into private equity-backed environments. She specializes in Commercial, Operations, and P&L leadership positions with expertise in the healthcare and industrial verticals. Prior to PierceGray, Julia spent 11 years with Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations practice, where she led engagements for clients primarily in the healthcare industry with a focus on assessing, designing, and implementing large-scale operational transformations. Julia holds a BS in Management from Boston College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. Outside of work, Julia can be found exercising at Bar Method, sampling Chicago’s best buffalo wings, and spending time with her husband Matt and young son, Parker.
