Demi Hutchinson
Managing Director, Chicago
Demi Hutchinson is a Managing Director at PierceGray, where she leads the firm’s Finance Practice. Based in Chicago, she joined the firm in 2015.
Demi recruits CFOs and CEOs for private equity firms and companies going through significant transformation, with additional depth in operations and field services roles. She works closely with clients to read market dynamics and to determine what kind of leader a given situation calls for.
Demi began her career in GE Healthcare’s Operations Management Leadership Program before moving into private equity talent. She has worked on both sides of the table, including a period as Vice President of Talent at Linden Capital, and that sponsor-side perspective informs how she advises clients today.
She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University. Demi serves as Board Chair of Rainbows for All Children, a global nonprofit supporting children experiencing grief and loss. She is an avid tennis player and has attended three of the four Grand Slams in person, and she is an Orangetheory regular.
