Stevenson Search Partners was founded by entrepreneur Stephen Steinman in 1979 as a generalist boutique search firm. From 2001 to 2010, Stevenson Search evolved into a Life Sciences specialist firm with a pharma, biotech, and technology focus. The 2010 transition from our original founder to a partnership model allowed us to scale our platform for the future and to deepen our footprint in Life Sciences. Since 2010, Stevenson Search has tripled the business by expanding existing partnerships and growing new segments geographically and functionally.
