Jennifer Kay

As Managing Partner of The Stevenson Group since 1998, Jennifer has played a key role in driving growth of the firm into a leader in the Life Sciences executive search marketplace.  With client partnerships that span decades, Jennifer is a trusted advisor to clients ranging from venture and private equity-backed firms to global corporations.  Throughout her career, she has been called upon time and again to scale-up R&D and commercialization leadership across geographies, functions, therapeutic areas, technology platforms, and modalities.

Prior to joining TSG, Jennifer spent several years with American Express in both marketing and organizational development roles.  Jennifer earned an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a BA in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan.  Jennifer is a member of the Advisory Committee for the Buccino Leadership Institute at Seton Hall University.  She is also an active volunteer at Interfaith Food Pantry of the Oranges.
