Dillistone Elects Non-Executive Director

June 9, 2010 – Dillistone Systems, a global supplier of software for executive recruiters, has elected Giles Robin Fearnley to its board as a non-executive director. Mr. Fearnley has 35 years' experience in the passenger transport industry. Having been one of the founders of Prism Rail PLC he then led that group as chief executive from its formation through to its sale to National Express PLC in 2000. Mr. Fearnley was president of the Confederation of Passenger Transport (U.K.) in 2008 and in April 2009 was appointed its first non-executive chairman. “We are delighted to welcome Giles to the board and look forward to working with him in his capacity as non-executive director,” said Mike Love, chairman of Dillistone. “We believe that Giles' wealth of experience as an entrepreneur, successful businessman and as a director of both private and public companies will be invaluable to the company in terms of its continued development and promotion.”
