Dice Adds Managing Director

January 12, 2011 – Dice Holdings, Inc., a provider of specialized career websites for professional communities, has added Alice Hill as managing director of Dice.com. In this newly created role, Ms. Hill will be responsible for charting the strategic direction of the Dice service primarily focusing on product strategy and design, innovation, and growing and managing our key client accounts. “We are thrilled to have Alice leading our flagship Dice.com service,” said Scot Melland, chairman, president and CEO. “As we grow, it is important to have experienced management in place to take advantage of our opportunities, and we are confident that Alice will fully capitalize on those growth opportunities while fostering innovation and customer satisfaction.” Ms. Hill has more than 10 years experience managing large-scale consumer Web properties from conceptualization to day-to-day management, including five years as the VP of development and site manager of CNET.com where she led the re-launch of the site and had general management responsibilities for several properties.
