Caldwell Partners Appoints Managing Partner in Canada

February 8, 2012 – Executive search firm The Caldwell Partners International Inc. has added Elan Pratzer as managing partner, Canada. Mr. Pratzer's executive search career began when he was 19 and included managing what became Egon Zehnder International’s Toronto office, building his own firm (Pratzer & Partners) through organic growth and acquisition to include offices in Toronto, Chicago and New York, and ultimately selling his firm to Korn/Ferry International in 2000 wherein he became the managing director, Canada responsible for offices in Montreal, Toronto, Calgary and Vancouver. In 2004, after a brief period in private equity with the Rose Corporation, Mr. Pratzer founded and has been the CEO of Executive Risk Group Ltd., a firm that provides risk management solutions for directors, officers and trustees.
