Workstream Names New CFO

December 10, 2009 – Workstream Inc., a provider of on-demand compensation, performance and talent management software, has appointed Jerome P. Kelliher as the company's new chief financial officer. Mr. Kelliher, with 13 years of experience at Ernst & Young as a financial professional, will drive the enterprise-wide creation of value for all of Workstream's business units and bring the necessary financial acumen to analyze, and direct the company's progress in profitability. During his tenure at E&Y, he held several senior management positions, culminating in his most recent position as managing partner of the Moscow, Russia office. “We are pleased to have someone of Jerome's professional background to join the Workstream executive team,” said Michael Mullarkey, chairman, president and CEO. “His leadership in accounting and financial reporting, as well as his expert guidance on internal controls, will enhance the management of Workstream business.”
