Natalie Cruz

Natalie Cruz is a Managing Director in DMC’s New York office. Natalie adds greater scope to our existing Hedge Fund business while also building our Quant and Systematic business.

Prior to joining DMC, Natalie was a Director at Opus Global Recruitment. She launched Opus’ first overseas office based in New York while building out a dedicated financial services vertical for the company.

Natalie started her career in 2010 at Point72 Asset Management in research, assessing portfolio manager performance in terms of both quantitative and qualitative metrics, and architecting a development curriculum for the investment teams. In 2014 she moved to the Investment Talent Acquisition team at P72, hiring investment personnel for the firm’s fundamental macro and L/S Equity businesses, and further growing her network and talent evaluation abilities.

Natalie holds a B.A. in Social Sciences from The College of the Holy Cross.
